Wingaway is a 40 foot Beneteau Oceanis with wide decks, cushioned cockpit seating, and plenty of room to move around. Comfortable for groups, easy to sail, and well suited to Vancouver's harbour.

Maren grew up racing dinghies, lived aboard for stretches, and once sailed his family to Mexico. A trip that confirmed sailing was not just a hobby but a personality trait.

These days he skippers harbour sails and ranges through the Gulf Islands when he is not. He knows these waters well enough that the wildlife, the landmarks, and the best angles are all part of the same conversation.

No. Your skipper handles everything. Just show up.
Seals and seabirds are common along this route but sightings are never guaranteed. They are always a welcome bonus when they appear.
Layers are always a good idea on the water, even on warm days. A light windproof jacket, flat shoes, and sunglasses are recommended.
Sails run in typical coastal weather. If conditions are unsafe we will contact you in advance with options including a reschedule or refund.
Yes. Sparkling water and seasonal snacks are included. You are welcome to bring additional food or non-alcoholic drinks on board.
